Cross Knowledge, a corporate learning platform based in France, came to Wiley Publishing looking for a complete content refresh for their North American website. Many of the headlines and most of the body copy needed to be reworked to fit English syntax. Content organization became a critical second step to help optimize copy across the various landing pages.
